VIEDAURA / VIEDUSITE ensures the confidentiality of the information provided to it. Personal data receives careful attention during processing. This policy complies with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and applies uniformly to all products and services, to any person connected with VIEDAURA / VIEDUSITE (clients, prospects, legal representatives or beneficial owners).
Article 1 — Categories of Data Processed
VIEDAURA / VIEDUSITE only collects data strictly necessary for the stated purposes:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, phone contact details, as well as any useful information when subscribing
- Data required for regulatory compliance

Processing serves explicit, legitimate and determined purposes, based on contract execution, legal obligations, commercial prospecting or the protection of property and persons.

Article 2 bis — PTI Mobile Application (Lone Worker Protection)
The PTI mobile application is designed to protect the safety of lone workers. To fulfil this mission, it collects and processes the following categories of data, strictly necessary for the safety service:
Location
- Precise geographic location (GPS).
- Including in the background: location may be collected while the app is in the background or the screen is locked, in order to locate the worker during an alert (SOS, fall, immobility) or a checkpoint scan, even without interaction.
- Purpose: to geolocate the worker during an alert for a fast response, display their position to their supervisor, and associate the position with check-ins.
- Sharing: the position is transmitted to the worker's organisation supervisor (manager) and to the application's secure server. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
Camera
- Used solely to scan site QR codes (entries, exits and checkpoints). No photo or video is stored.
Motion sensors
- Used for automatic fall and immobility detection to trigger a safety alert. This data is processed on the device.
Push notifications
- A notification identifier (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) is used to send and receive safety alerts and presence requests in real time.
Account and activity data
- Identity (first name, last name, login), affiliated organisation, history of check-ins and alerts, required for the operation of the safety service.
The application is intended for professional use only and is not directed at children. The security measures, retention periods and rights described below also apply to this data.
Article 3 — Security Measures
Your data is protected within VIEDAURA / VIEDUSITE through organisational, technical and physical security measures. Data is stored in highly secure information systems with restricted access. All staff and processors comply with protection and confidentiality measures.
Article 4 — Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purposes, then deleted. Some data may be anonymised for statistical analysis.
- After business relationship ends: 5 years
- Accounting-related data: 10 years (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
Article 5 — Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and data portability. You may object to the use of your data for commercial prospecting at any time, free of charge and without justification. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
